1. I'll give you a logic problem, a problem where you fill out a chart using hints I give you (A guy can't be in two places at once, so if Guy 1 AND the guy who went to the bar didn't eat muffins, Guy 1 isn't in the bar.) You fill in each space that is impossible with an X (Where Guy 1 and Bar meet.) If it is the correct answer, put an O.
2. When you have filled in the chart and know the answer, post ONLY ONE ANSWER here under that name.
So, if I were answering, I'd say...
Guy 1 - Grocery
I would NOT say...
Guy 1 - Grocery
Guy 2 - Bar
Guy 3 - Nursery
If you have multiple names (as many Game Ponders do), you can switch between names and post a separate answer under each one. So, in the previous example, you'd need to use 3 different names if you want full credit. The reason I do this is because one person could make a clean sweep if they posted under one name. This will give any other participants a small window of opportunity.
3. Each correct answer is worth 10 points. It WAS 15, but 60 points seemed like a bit much to me, so I changed it. I still don't know the point entry situation (thanks to chimpboy x for entering the last logic problem's score), but I'll try to figure it out. Fortunately I don't have any ideas for Logic Problem 3, so I'll be out of your hair for a while.
Now, for the problem...
Setzer was getting lucky while you were at the Emperor's dinner in FF3/6j. He played 4 people (Cyan, Edgar, Gau, Sabin) and won money from each (100G, 200G, 300G, 400G) while playing a particular game (Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, and Bullseye). He then used that money to buy something for himself (dice, darts, card deck, and boots). Who did he win what from, what game, and what did he buy?
1. Edgar and the person who lost 400G did not buy Setzer boots.
2. Gau (who did not lose at Blackjack) and the person who lost at Bullseye (who bought Setzer some new dice) did not lose 100G.
3. The person who bought darts lost 100G to Setzer.
4. Cyan and the person who lost at Poker did not lose 400G.
5. The person who bought the dice (who was not Edgar) lost 300G.
6. Edgar and Sabin paid the lowest and highest amounts.
7. The loser in Roulette payed 200G.
