Almost every arcade and kiddie pizza place around me has a wall of ski ball machines. You put a token in and maybe 5 balls the size of baseballs or softballs, but harder, come down. There's a length of wood about 10 feet long in front of you, sort of like a miniature bowling alley, and you roll the balls down them. There's a ramp at the end that makes the balls jump into the air. Then, at the wall there are rings with holes in them for different points, and hopefully the ball will go in the middle ring after being launched off the ramp. If it misses all the rings you get no points. If you get enough points you may get a free game, or a bunch of tickets to trade for worthless crap, like twisty straws, at a counter. Of course I've never cheated at Ski ball. Give me a break. I think if the workers saw a grown man climb up the ski ball track and drop balls in they'd probably ask me to leave.
