PSX memory cards (the normal ones) hold 15 files, FO. If you turn on your PSX with a memory card in it (and no game), you can go to the memory card screen. Then you can copy, delete, or move files. And, of course, you can see how many files are used up. 15 files isn't that much, IMO. I have two memory cards, and both are nearly all filled up. I have 6 or 7 Star Ocean 2 files, probably 4 or 5 from FF7 which I never bothered to delete, another 4 or 5 from Chrono Cross (is it just me, or do Square games never have info on the memory card screen like how many hours you spent on that game or what location you're in? I can't tell which files to delete and which to save. :/ ), 3 from SotN, a couple from Tail Concerto, a couple from Vandal Hearts, and at least one from Lunar. I really need to make an effort not to use up so many files on just one game (like I did with CC and FF7). Either that or buy some more memory cards. :/
